Welcome to the FLB Food Service Department!

Our commitment to our customers is to serve well balanced, nutritious, and delicious meals every day. Our menu items follow strict federal and state nutrition guidelines.                                                                                     
Our meals provide the following:
  • Whole Grains Served Daily (Whole Grain Buns, Rolls, Pasta, Pizza Dough, & More)
  • Fresh Fruits and Vegetables Served Daily
  • Dark Leafy Green Vegetables / Red-Orange Vegetables Served Weekly
  • Legumes(Beans) Served At Least Once Per Week
  • Vegetarian Option Offered Daily
  • Reduced Fat Cheeses
  • Low Fat & Fat Free Salad Dressings
  • Only 1% White Milk, Fat Free Flavored Milk, & Skim Milk Offered
  • No Added Trans Fat Products
